OneTreeHill Loft Downtown, Riverwalk, Live Oak

Welcome to "One Tree Thrill", a lovingly curated 2-bedroom, 2-bath historic loft located in downtown Wilmington’s Indie Ice House. Perched just above the One Tree Hill Bridge, this space combines local charm with walkable convenience and creative inspiration.

You’re steps from Wilmington’s Riverwalk, Live Oak Bank Pavilion, and the heart of the Brooklyn Arts District—a neighborhood bursting with murals, craft breweries, award-winning restaurants, and music venues.

We’ve poured thought and intention into every detail of "One Tree Thrill" to create a space that feels both special and welcoming—a downtown Wilmington retreat for friends, families, and creatives alike. Whether you’re catching live music by the river or grabbing a drink at a tucked-away cocktail bar, this neighborhood is alive with inspiration, color, and culture.

Enjoy the balcony with your morning coffee in hand or a sunset toast overlooking the iconic bridge made famous by One Tree Hill. Officially known as the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, this striking structure became a visual staple in the show’s opening credits, symbolizing the quiet resilience of its characters and the small-town charm of Wilmington!

Tucked inside a beautifully restored 1900s brick building, One Tree Thrill blends historic Wilmington character with curated modern touches. The exposed brick and oversized windows hint at the building’s past as part of the city’s early industrial footprint, now transformed into an intimate and inviting retreat. Every corner of the loft is filled with chandpicked decor, warm lighting, and a layout that invites both conversation and quiet.
